It has been specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the upstream oil and gas industry and, more specifically, to facilitate the exchange of data across the spectrum of Energistics' data standards, which includes WITSML (drilling), PRODML (production operations), and RESQML (earth/reservoir modeling).
