SPE's Drilling Systems Automation Technical Section (DSATS) and IADC's Advanced Rig Technology (ART) Committee are holding a half-day symposium on the concept and applications of Digital Twins. The Programme will take place in the Yangtze room of the World Forum in the Hague, ahead of the IADC conference starting on Tuesday 5th. Energistics CEO Ross Philo will be present with a demo table and some literature and information on the role industry standards for data exchange and data transfer protocols play in the greater picture of automation and remote monitoring.
