After the success of The Open Group Summit in Edinburgh, UK, the Energistics Consortium is excited to be holding several sessions during The Open Group Summit scheduled for Houston, USA, from October 28-31, 2024.  This bi-annual, in-person event is an opportunity for the Forums and Consortiums of The Open Group to meet in one location to share learnings and ideas. 
The Energistics sessions will include: 

• Energistics ILAB | Monday, October 28, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  Members are invited to test applications that use Energistics standards (WITSML, PRODML, RESQML, and ETP) through this interactive testing session and discussion. The meeting will feature opportunities for troubleshooting and technical discussions (members only)
• WITSML Working Session | Wednesday, October 30, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  This technical session will discuss WITSML technical issues, such as “frac data” and community guidelines for converting 1411/2.1
• Plenary Session | Thursday, October 31, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  This session will feature an interactive session by our Keynote speaker James Brady, Baker Hughes, Chief Digital Officer – OFSE. This session is also open to non-members.
